"Cerro San Eduardo" is a location in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador, with lots of popular small towns.

The place is surrounded by dense vegetation, the "San Eduardo Hill" itself, and humble houses.

The main goal of the project is to reactivate the Town Center, to make it a productive place for the residents.
